A classical Spanish Tapas dish.
Golden slow roasted beef mince cooked with sweet onion, garlic, smoked paprika, sweet paprika and cajun spice until crisp and fragrant. Then we add the roasted meat to a rich tomato ragout and further reduce to intensify the flavours, then chill.
We then shape the mixture and stuff it inside our housemade aromatic mash potato with spring onion, diced fresh chilli, butter and sweet paprika.
Crumbed and fried to serve with parsley Aioli and radish.
